Requirements

5 – 10 years in HR and Admin, 1 – 2 years of working experience in Japanese Firm.

Bachelor’s degree Human Resource, Business Management, or equivalent qualification.

Must be proficient in Microsoft Office as frequently required to process reports and create documents using Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Excellent knowledge about Vietnam Labour Code and any other related HR Law in Vietnam. 

Good written and verbal skills in English as most of the documents, communication and meetings are in English.

Good presentation skill.

Speaking/Writing in Japanese would be advantage but optional.

Good communication skills. Able to converse clear and concise message to the Management, team members / key stakeholders and keeping others informed of the progress.

Meticulous and detailed orientated. Able to organize and maintain payroll records, employee profile and reports to senior management.

Strong in maintaining workplace privacy and confidentiality.

Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with colleagues.

Good team spirit. Able to collaborate with other group office HR and Admin members.

Good in problem-solving while exhibiting good judgement and logic.

What you will do

Report to:

• Office Manager (Station in HCM office).

• Regional HR Manager (Station in Singapore office).

Key Responsibility.

a.) HR Role

In charge of full spectrum of human resources matters such as recruitment & selection, employee benefit, employee data, training & development, review, and check (matters pertaining to payroll, income tax, social insurance).

Develop, implement, and manage the company policies, procedures, guidelines, and programs according to company direction.

Ensure compliance and that all HR policies and procedures are regularly reviewed and revised as appropriate to comply with Vietnam Labour Code and corporate guidelines.

Take care of employee movement: Onboarding (new staff orientation, confirmation), Offboarding (resignation) processes.

To liaise with insurance company or broker for corporate insurance.

To handle visa and work permit, temporary resident card for foreign employee.

Support the relocation/residence related matters for Japanese Expatriates. 

b.) Admin Role

To oversee the administrative tasks and to ensure office resources are effectively carried out.

Liaise on service contracts with vendors, office lease agreement with landlord.

To control the usage of office space, purchase of office stationery and maintenance requisition on office equipment i.e. computer, photocopier and etc.
