Skills required

Main requirements:

At least 07 years of human resource management experience required.
Previous experience working as a Head of HR or Senior HR Manager.
Complete understanding of the best HR policies, practices, and procedures (make sure they are implemented consistently and in line with applicable HR-related legislations).
Provides expert advice and plays HRBP role.
Developing and managing HR processes.
Managing employee benefits programs.
Evaluating the performance management system.
Good leadership in managing team and dealing with HODs.
Experience in conflict resolution, disciplinary processes and workplace investigations.
Excellent in English.
