Main requirements:

  • At least 07 years of human resource management experience required.
  • Previous experience working as a Head of HR or Senior HR Manager.
  • Complete understanding of the best HR policies, practices, and procedures (make sure they are implemented consistently and in line with applicable HR-related legislations).
  • Provides expert advice and plays HRBP role.
  • Developing and managing HR processes.
  • Managing employee benefits programs.
  • Evaluating the performance management system.
  • Good leadership in managing team and dealing with HODs.
  • Experience in conflict resolution, disciplinary processes and workplace investigations.
  • Excellent in English.
