􀂃 Experience supporting and/or managing the coordination and execution of Annual Operating Plan and Strategic Planning, monthly and quarterly forecasting.

􀂃 In-depth understanding of the financial planning and analysis process.

􀂃 Advanced and up-to-date understanding of market terminology and information (definitions, size, share, growth) with input from key external drivers.

􀂃 Knowledge of ERP systems, preferably with experience in SAP and network environment.

􀂃 Meticulous and attention to detail.

􀂃 Confidence to deal with a range of stakeholders.

􀂃 Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritise a demanding workload.

􀂃 Highly proactive and motivated.

􀂃 Able to work as a team and individually.

􀂃 At least 5 years of relevant working experience as an Accounting Manager in supervisory role.

What you will do

Job Summary

􀁸 The Country Finance Lead is responsible for the efficient operation of Finance activities within the country, ensuring that all processes and practices comply with country regulations. The role works closely with RHQ Finance by providing country-specific insights for the successful development of regional Finance strategies.

􀁸 As Finance business partner to the local operation, the role works with key stakeholders and managers to support business performance and organisational growth.

Key Accountabilities

- Business and financial planning and control:

􀁸 Prepare country consolidated budget and report to RHQ annually and quarterly.

􀁸 Monitor and implement the budget control process in the country.

􀁸 Monitor overall SGA expenses for the country against the budget and communicate variances to RHQ on a monthly basis.

Financial accounting and reporting (in compliance with statutory reportorial and tax regulation).

􀁸 Review and deliver financial forecasts for the country to RHQ.

􀁸 Review and deliver monthly financial reports and consolidated financial reports to RHQ.

􀁸 Oversee daily financial accounting operations within the country and ensure best practice regulatory / legislation measures are followed.

􀁸 File tax returns as per the set deadlines.

- Regionalisation of corporate services and continuous improvement:

􀁸 Deliver Regional Finance strategic initiatives within country to drive process harmonisation and continuous improvements.

􀁸 Oversee implementation of automated financial systems and process in the country.

􀁸 Provide effective communications of accounting policies and processes to all staffs.

􀁸 Collaborate with other Country Finance teams, share knowledge and understand opportunities to enhance Finance service delivery.

- People management and development:

􀁸 Coach and manage the performance of direct reports for improved overall business performance to meet reasonable service level.

􀁸 Drive the cultural standards for the function within the country, demonstrating cpmpany's values to drive employee engagement and motivation.

- Alignment between RHQ Finance and country:

􀁸 Implement RHQ Finance strategy within the country.

􀁸 Provide RHQ Finance with country insights and local regulatory information.

􀁸 Provide updates to country management on all financial matters.

􀁸 Cascade communications on all strategic functional initiatives from the region to the country.

- Admin, Ad-hoc projects:

􀁸 Support process improvement to enhance administrative and operation.

􀁸 Participate and support any ad-hoc projects.
