  • Make Lease Contracts, Memorandum, Supplemental Agreements and other kinds of agreement due to the operation of Tenants;
  • Manage the lease of Tenants including rents, other services
  • Control Tenants’ payment of rent fee and other ones which incurred during Tenants’ operation.
  • Update local laws and regulations about investment, company establishment, taxes, labor issues … to consult and support Tenants in need;
  • Control Tenants’ database (projects’ data, number of employees, annual export data, revision of IRC-ERC …)
  • Keep in touch with local authority, organize half-year meeting, annual dialogue between local authority and Tenants and/or Company and/or local residence to settle any proposals, claims from Tenants to improve the investment environment of the industrial park;
  • Cooperate with other teams to organize events with Tenants;
  • Other works which shall be informed by Managers

The position of Designer, requires that all design activities satisfy ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001 along with the international standards governing the respectively product lines.

Job Role / Position Summary:

The Designer position is a competent individual capable of undertaking design related activities on GE Oil & Gas Drilling & Production equipment typically pressure containing, controlling and/or load bearing in nature, meeting internal design competence standards & external international/industry standards as well as regulatory standards as defined further in this document. The positions may work under the guidance of engineers and/or line manager as defined further below.


A Designer is a support position within the GE Oil & Gas - Engineering Department located in The position reports to the Design Team Leader. A Designer is responsible for preparing clear, complete and accurate detail drawings from rough, or detailed mark ups, sketches and notes under general supervision. Performs design and layout work on new products as well as extensive modifications to existing products.

Engineering Design

  • Use of 2D and/or 3D CAD software in design.
  • Participate and support engineers on product design and development, including associated activities of:
    • design modelling and layouts.
    • creating and maintaining the product lifecycle management in the engineering database system.
  • Prepare machine detail and basic/general arrangement layout drawings to ASME Y14.5 standards and format and documentation which meets GE engineering policy and procedures to enable the manufacturing & production group and other departments to produce and market the Company's product.
  • Create and/or modify 3D models and drawings to manufacturing standards for Pro-NC manufacture/Model Based Design utilizing company protocols and parametric practices.
  • Maintain the accuracy of native files in the product lifecycle management system.
  • Undertake design verification, which may include but not limited to: design reliability, design for manufacture, simple failure analysis, design reviews, simple calculations for basic design verification purposes.
  • Identifying and assess hazards & specify actions to control risks to people & environment.

Role Summary/ Purpose

Implementation within the discipline’s scope of work EHS policy and site specific EHS plans and provide co-workers with information about hazards, risks and risk mitigation measures applicable to the site.

Ensuring within the scope of the discipline works that subcontractors are in compliance with the EHS requirements at the site

Essential Responsibilities

  • Prepare assignment with Project Construction & Commissioning team before site mobilization (review civil- mechanical- electrical interfaces, major equipment installation / constructability, develop discipline installation schedule, review if material site deliveries matches with schedule or propose changes / work around plan, review logistic & site storage plan, identify Customer interfaces, evaluate construction requirement (tools, man-loading), review installation methods & techniques with Installation Manager Discipline, share Lessons Learned & best practices)
  • Execution of installation works related to discipline, which are to be compliant with the time schedule and within the respective budget and satisfactory quality
  • Job preparation and pre-checks to ensure all materials are available and all required tools and equipment are available for both subcontracted and Self Performance installation works.
  • Review conformity of civil, mechanical, electrical interfaces before installation
  • Anticipate & organize pre-fabrication in accordance with schedule
  • Work with site material coordinator/client to ensure that logistic, boxes inventory follow Discipline installation schedule
  • Order missing or damaged material and follow up material requests
  • Coordination of access to all areas within the scope of the discipline works by subcontractors and others.
  • Provide technical issues resolution with company engineering approval using company’s reporting system tools and drive action plan at site
  • Ensure execution of engineering changes at site
  • Ensure technical compliance of the installation with the company specifications, codes, local regulation, directives (PED, ATEX..)
  • Ensuring the highest quality of workmanship and adherence to the Site Quality Plan by all within- the-discipline subcontractors and/or Self Performance installation works.
  • Ensuring that all defined packages within the discipline are ready for Turnover to Commissioning in accordance with the schedule or earlier priorities with minimum of re-work and punch list item before transfer to commissioning
  • Take critical measurements with the subcontractor (Piping hydro test, Generator insulation test, Transformer Hi Pot test, shaft line alignment reading…)
  • Prepare system for the pre-commissioning, assist in trouble shooting with the commissioning team
  • Closely monitor all activities, which could have harmful effects on the environment.
  • Close monitoring of critical systems installation with FME plan (Foreign Material Exclusion)
  • Implementation within the discipline’s scope of work EHS policy and site specific EHS plans and provide co-workers with information about hazards, risks and risk mitigation measures applicable to the site.
  • Implementation of the necessary EHS procedures within the scope of the discipline works to include preparation of method statements, risk analyses, safety walks, toolbox talks etc.
