PURPOSE
Increase sales, profit from opportunities, and orchestrate the sales activities to maximize profitability and customer satisfaction in the country.
Through comprehensive customer intimacy, he/she will recognize shifts and trends in the customer value chains and its activities he/she will use and communicate this intelligence to enable Company to adapt its competitive advantages and value propositions.
REQUIREMENTS
The Sale Manager will be the driving force behind Company’s ongoing initiative to consolidate existing business and grow the business.
This individual will likewise build upon Company's premier market position and deliver outstanding sales performance through product/market innovation, go-to-market excellence.
More specifically, the responsibilities of this role will include:

Establishing basic objectives, plans and policies with Asia Zone management;

Being responsible for achieving Vietnam growth objectives

Collaborating closely with Company GROUP Product Business Units;

Working closely with Company R&D, FAE, Marketing Function, and Operations departments;

Keeping abreast of current business and economic policies that might affect the organization;

Build sale team in future.
