  • Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or business administration;
  • A background in electrical, industrial, or business that sells through commercial and retail channels would be extremely attractive, as is a functional background and career track in sales and marketing-oriented roles. Target in talents with experience in Western industrial companies in the electronic component industry;
  • From five years of sale and business development manager experience;
  • Fluent in English;
  • Good office skills at Microsoft office such as Excel, PowerPoint, etc.;
  • Result oriented, ability to multi-task, negotiation and problem-solving skills with partners;
  • A team player, good communication and coordination skills which can support build interactions among multiple functions;
  • High motivation, sense of responsibility, self-discipline & willing to learn.

In addition to the requisite functional experience, the ideal candidate will have demonstrable competencies in the following areas:

  • Entrepreneurship, passion, initiatives spirit, hands-on and pragmatic approach;
  • Achieve the annual business objectives;
  • Ensure the long-term and sustainable growth of Company in Vietnam;
  • Build customer intimacy with distributors, agents and customers;
  • Be in line with Company strategy: Be the Best and Work for the Best;
  • Grow the presence and structure of Company in Vietnam in the coming years (3-5 years).

PURPOSE

Increase sales, profit from opportunities, and orchestrate the sales activities to maximize profitability and customer satisfaction in the country.

Through comprehensive customer intimacy, he/she will recognize shifts and trends in the customer value chains and its activities he/she will use and communicate this intelligence to enable Company to adapt its competitive advantages and value propositions.

REQUIREMENTS

The Sale Manager will be the driving force behind Company’s ongoing initiative to consolidate existing business and grow the business.

This individual will likewise build upon Company's premier market position and deliver outstanding sales performance through product/market innovation, go-to-market excellence.

More specifically, the responsibilities of this role will include:

  • Establishing basic objectives, plans and policies with Asia Zone management;
  • Being responsible for achieving Vietnam growth objectives
  • Collaborating closely with Company GROUP Product Business Units;
  • Working closely with Company R&D, FAE, Marketing Function, and Operations departments;
  • Keeping abreast of current business and economic policies that might affect the organization;
  • Build sale team in future.
