Handle monthly payroll report, SHUI declarations, PIT declarations, PIT finalization and other HR services (obtaining work permit, obtain SI code,. ..) to clients;

Do reconciliation relating to monthly payment, SHUI contributions, PIT liabilities for clients;

Handle labor contracts, termination procedure to clients;

Registration salary scheme, Internal Labor Rules for client measures;

Work with the local authorities in resolving pending issues, differences and disputes;

Ensure the relevant HR legal compliance is up to date, accurate and implementing applicable VN HR requirements;

Review, provide coaching, training on job to consultants;

Respond to clients for HR-related queries;

Others task will be assigned by HR Consultancy Manager.
