1. JOB PURPOSE
• Provide Solutioning support to both internal staff and external partners thru training and on -site, good knowledge on CMS and workflow for 3 genres: Photography, Sign and Dye sublimation printing.
2. CRITICAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
Solutioning Support
• Provide product training and demonstration regularly Support localization of marketing tools, such as sales kit, Genre Presentation, external communication, creation print samples.
• Genre Solutioning support thru presentation and explanation to customer site and via phone. Product & software testing and comparison.
• Support strategic partners thru presales activities that lead to sales closure.
Provide 2nd tier support for partners /Users
• Provide support to all customers on company's Solutions (bundle software only) via telephone and on site.
Technical advisory to Sales team
• Providing critical information from daily support and translate to useful marketing information Compile and dissect technical information and fill gaps for PM team to address and resolve Providing valuable market demands and trending to Sales team.
3. MAJOR CHALLENGES
• Constant updating of market information’s flow and updating internal stake holders.
• Constant mind share throughout channel network on company's Offering.
4. KEY DECISIONS/DIMENSIONS
• Information retentions in both internal and external stakeholder and transfer to knowledge to all related staff.
• 100% achievement of Genre (qty) at consol.
• Disseminate tech update to all partners within 1 month of ESP release (Tec exchange/Email).
• Proactively resolve Strategic account with 5 working days.
