Skills required
Job Requirements
  1. 有化学品销售经验(有电力化学品销售行业经验优先);

Having experience in Chemical Sales (Chemical for power industry is preferred);

  1. 大专或同等经验(化学专业优先);

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (Major in Chemistry is preferable);

  1. 会中文或英文(中文优先);

Good at Chinese or English (Chinese is preferred);

  1. 有在外企公司工作经验;

Have work experience in foreign companies;

  1. 5年以上销售工作经验;

At least 5 years of experience in sales;

  1. 有管理大客户技能;

Having key customer management skills;

  1. 有开发市场经验;

Having market development experience;

  1. 有良好的谈判技巧;

Having good negotiation skills;

  1. 勤劳,积极,诚信;

Hardworking, positive attitude, honest;

What you will do

Job Responsibilities

  1. 专业从事化工产品销售,完成公司设定的销售目标和新客户开发目标;

Specialize in the sales of chemical products, and complete the sales target and new customer development target set by the company;

  1. 能够通过多渠道,联系和维护客户,了解客户需求,拓展潜力客户,寻找每一个商机;

Develops contact list and prospects to find new business and customers while utilizing multiple sources to develop prospect list.

  1. 制定并落实对客户的拜访计划,与客户进行沟通,了解客户动态,对产品质量、价格、包装、交货期、帐期的真实要求,协助经理制定销售策略;

Develop and implement customer visit plans and listen to their wishes and concerns, approach – follow – negotiate – offer quotation – close deal – payment: Full process for hunting and winning opportunities to supply the company products, and assist managers in formulating sales strategies;

  1. 与客户建立良好的合作关系,做好技术支持和售后服务,保证客户满意度;

Establish a good cooperative relationship with customers, do a good job in technical support and after-sales service, and ensure customer satisfaction;

  1. 勤奋努力,通过电话拜访、出差拜访等不断开拓新客户,增加产品的销售额。

Hard working, continuously develop new customers through phone calls, business trips, etc., and increase sales revenue;

  1. 根据市场发展和客户需求,滚动销售预测,并根据市场状况及时进行调整;

According to market development and customer demands, sales forecast and make timely adjustments according to market conditions

  1. 负责维护客户关系,提供优质服务,进行持续多次开发;

Responsible for maintaining customer relationships, providing high-quality services, and conducting continuous development;

  1. 发展新客户,开拓新市场,扩大产品销售范围;

Develop new customers, develop new markets, and expand product sales

  1. 处理订单并跟进订单的交货、及时做好应收账款的资金回笼;

Process the order and follow up the delivery of the order, and collect the funds of the accounts receivable in time;

  1. 负责行业的市场调查和分析,汇报调研结果及对未来市场发展前景提出合理化的建议;

Market research and analysis, report the market research report and suggest ideas for future market development;

  1. 高质量和量化的完成每月,每周的工作总结报告和工作计划报告;

Sales Planning and summary Monthly/ Weekly basis report to Team Leader or Manager;

  1. 积极参与各种会议和培训,处理好与相关部门的内部协调和团队合作;

Actively participate in various meetings and trainings, handle internal coordination and teamwork with relevant departments

  1. 完成上级交办的其他事务.
