Preparation to start PACS/IT Workstation business with new distributors.
- Coordinate the meeting and demonstration with new distributors;
- Prepare necessary information and documents to start business with new distributors;
- Organize mandatory requirements to start business with new distributors and manage to solve these requirements by cooperating with other Company offices & headquarter;
- Negotiate the business terms and conditions to new distributors;
→Cooperate with distributors to check tender/business case/budget status/probability and report every week.
- Support marketing events like seminar / workshop / exhibition and promote products. Manage and maintain the schedule and cost of these events;
- Propose and create promotional materials such as white paper (Recommendation letter of Company Products),KOL Movie etc.
- Provide product training and sales kit materials (PPT, Video, White paper, etc) to distributors;
- Support distributors to understand customer needs, environment, workflow and limitation, and propose optimal products, configuration and solution to meet the customer needs;
- Support distributors to give presentation and demonstration of products to potential customers and explain about the product feature, benefit and unique selling point compared with competitors;
- Find and propose other IT products and application to support Company Healthcare IT products to fulfill the customer needs and requirements.
- Support distributors for project management of system implementation at customer site;
- Support distributors to define the optimal workflow and configuration based on customer needs and prepare all necessary components for installation;
- Support distributors to connect and integrate Company Healthcare IT products with other vendor's IT system and modalities at customer site;
- Provide technical and application training to distributors/customers;
- Receive the call from distributors and support them to solve the problems for technical and application issues. If problem cannot be solved, escalate the issue to KMJ/KMI to get support;
- Recommend product or service enhancement to improve customer satisfaction and sales potential.

- Research on market trend, size, competitor's activities/strong-weak point/price etc.;
- Research on market demand, required spec, application etc.
