What you will do

Job description:

  • Handle monthly payroll report, SHUI declarations, PIT declarations, PIT finalization and other HR services (obtaining work permit, obtain SI code,. ..) to clients 

  • Make reconciliation relating to monthly payment, SHUI contributions, PIT liabilities for clients

  • Handle labor contracts, termination procedure to clients

  • Work with the local authorities in resolving pending issues, differences and disputes

  • Ensure the relevant HR legal compliance is up to date, accurate and implementing applicable VN HR requirements

  • Others task will be assigned by HR Consultancy Manager.
