HR Manager

Skills required

At least 3 years working experience in manufacturing field.
Experience in coordinating with relevant government agencies will be an advantage.
Be a leader, diligent, and careful.
Be able to work under pressure and solve problems well.
Good knowledge of the Vietnam regulations.

What you will do

Follow the company's policy to be consistent with the same standard.
Analyze and implement the optimization of human resource operations.
Summarize human resource management results and report to manager.
Manage and control human resources work in the whole system (Recruitment, Training and development of personnel Compensation, and benefits labor relations).
Good at liaising and coordination with relevant government agencies.
Prepare and receive audits according to the requirements and related systems to pass in accordance with the requirements and relevant laws.
Recommend, follow up, and check to ensure that the organization complies with the related law including gathering all relevant information.
