I. Main responsibility
- Supervise and be accountable for the performance and results of the team following department manager’s direction, including but not limited to:
· Create communication plans utilizing digital tools such as Facebook, YouTube, etc.
· Collaborate with agencies to ensure plan execution on schedule and propose improvement plan quickly if there is an unexpected problem during implementation.
· Utilize agency cost, ensure the promised content in quotation is executed and proceed payment process with accounting section.
· Supervise the performance of assigned tasks relating to communication activity to ensure the results with high level of accuracy and reliability.
- Coaching, training, and supporting subordinates of the department in daily operation
