Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in related field from accredited universities.

• At least 3-year experience in related roles.

• Familiar with HR processes including hiring, talent management, performance assessment…etc.

• Experience working with Workday and OHR.

• Excellent communication in English (written and spoken).

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications.

• Strong sense of urgency and confidentiality.

• strong sense of responsibility and self-motivation.

• Ability to communicate well in Chinese (written and spoken) is a plus.

What you will do

Job Summary:

As you join this team, you will be providing support to HR Leaders of the business in the region on day-to-day operation topics ranging from HR systems, payroll input, data analysis to immigration, engagement activities, and other related tasks. You will operate across 12 countries in APAC region partnering with managers and employees based in these countries.

Job responsibilities:

• Support HR Leaders (who are based in VN and China) on HR related topics.

• Own recruitment process for the region.

• Partner with Managers and Employees on HR related matters.

• Advise on HR tools, systems, and processes (Workday, OHR).

• Work closely with People Ops and Payroll teams in different countries to initiate necessary actions for the employee population.

• Oversee all activities related to payroll input and payroll systems (FieldTime, EmpCenter, GME payroll) for Employees in the region.

• Prepare regional talent HR data analysis.

• Lead engagement activities for employees in the region.

• Partner with related parties on immigration documentation support for international assignments.

• Provide support on other day-to-day operation activities including HR documentation.
