Skills required

• Age above 27 years old.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Management: Human Resource Management, Political Science, or Law Management.
• At least 3 years of experience in personnel management in a factory.
• Experience in coordinating with relevant government agencies will be an advantage.
• Experience in applying for Work Permit and TRC will be an advantage.
• Be able to analyze and plan work.
• Be a leader, diligent, and carefully.
• Be able to work under pressure and solve problems well.
• Knowledge of the Labor Law and other related laws including CODE OF CONDUCT concerned.
• Be able to listen, speak, read and write English.
• Excellent in using Microsoft office programs; Word, Excel, Power Point.

What you will do

Main work objective:
• Follow the company's policy to be consistent with the same standard.
• Analyze and implement the optimization of human resource operations.
• Summarize human resource management results and report to the department manager.
• Manage and control human resources work in the whole system (Recruitment, Training and development of personnel Compensation, and benefits labor relations).
• Good at preparing Work Permit and TRC documents or other documents related to foreign workers.
• Good at liaising and coordination with relevant government agencies.
• Prepare and receive audits according to the requirements and related systems to pass in accordance with the requirements and relevant laws.
• Recommend, follow up, and check to ensure that the organization complies with the related law including gathering all relevant information.


This position has the following duties:
To obtain personnel with knowledge and abilities suitable for the job and to achieve goals under organizational requirements
1. Recruitment & Selection
• Analyze the requirements of the job to see how qualified people are needed, post a job ad, preliminary screen job applicants, appoint interviewing, test with different tools and methods, check referrals and historical background, select applicants who pass the interview and were approved by the Human Resources Manager, report the results of the interview, inform employment offering, hire employee, arrange employee orientation, and follow up the evaluation of probation.
• Recruit and hire efficient personnel to keep up with the demands.
• Plan recruitment.
• Coordinate in each department to prepare Job Description..

2. Training and development of employees
• Prepare of annual training plans.
• Supervise the design and development of training courses
• Supervise internal/external training to be in accordance with the law and the company’s policy.
• Supervise and educate subordinate employees..

3. Compensation & Benefit Management
• Inspect the payment of wages or wages according to labor law standards.
• Inspect the number of hours worked overtime (OT) according to labor law standards.
• Inspect the leave, tax, social security to be in accordance with the law.
• Prepare complete and legal compensation information for social responsibility certification..
To develop good relations of employees with colleagues and the organization
4. Employee Relations
• Prepare various internal rules and policies to present to the Human Resources Manager.
• Oversee employee relationships with a focus on rules and disciplinary action.
• Coordinate with the welfare committee to find the best solution for employees and employers’ policies to present to the Human Resources Manager.
• Develop an action plan and manage employee activities to make employees happy at work.
• Build and maintain relationships with local workers as good as possible.
