▼ Required Qualifications
Experience:
- Individuals with experience as a Project Manager in system development (3 years or more)
- Individuals with deep practical knowledge in the web/IT field
- Individuals with development and practical experience using any of the following
- Individuals who can handle at least one each from the frontend and backend (no specific years of experience required)
+ Frontend: React, Vue3, TypeScript, Sass, HTML
+ Backend: Ruby, Python, Node.js, PHP
+ Frameworks: Ruby on Rails, Django, Flask, CakePHP, Laravel, Express, Nuxt3, Next.
Language:
- Individuals proficient in spoken and written Japanese (N2 or higher), capable of smooth business conversations with Japanese management
- Individuals with the ability to understand specifications written by Japanese engineers and translate them into Japanese at a level that Vietnamese development members can understand.
Skills:
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to perform duties and demonstrate integrity that earns the trust of management as a bridge engineer
- Effective project management and time management for subordinates' tasks
- Proactive and self-initiated attitude
- Ability to inspire team members and promote growth with leadership skills.

① Individuals with business-native level Japanese skills but without 3 years of experience as a PM
■ Required Conditions
- Business-native level Japanese skills
- Individuals with development experience in the frontend and backend from the following:
Frontend: Experience with Vue3, TypeScript (FW: Nuxt3)
Backend: Experience with Ruby, Python, PHP (FW: Ruby on Rails, Django, Flask, CakePHP, Laravel)
※We prefer individuals who can handle at least one of the corresponding languages/frameworks.
② Individuals with business-native level Japanese skills and extensive experience as a SE but without experience as a PM
■ Required Conditions
- Business-native level Japanese skills
- Individuals with development experience in the frontend and backend from the following
Frontend: Experience with Vue3, TypeScript (FW: Nuxt3)
Backend: Experience with Ruby, Python, PHP (FW: Ruby on Rails, Django, Flask, CakePHP, Laravel)
