Skills required

Requirements:

 Education: University Degree in Japanese or (at least N2 certification).

 Language: can use Japanese fluently in manufacturing translation (MUST), both oral and written.

 Familiar in Microsoft office, especially Excel, Word, PowerPoint.

 Good knowledge in Japanese culture and communication. Having good relationships with internal departments.

 At least 5 years solid experience in Japanese company, Priority for English communication in work.

 Honest, careful, detail-minded, and strong sense of responsibility and discipline. Can keep calm, flexibility to respond to the actual circumstance.

 Good communication skills and ability to work independently and work with overseas customers.

 Good time management and good organizational skill.

 Age requirement: Above 30 years old ~ under 40 years old.

What you will do

Responsibilities:

 This position reports to the General Director and Senior Manager (General Affairs Dept).

 Support internal Japanese staff at different department in communication with other staffs/managers during working scope (under Japanese/Vietnamese language).

 Convert and transmit the content and information from the source language to the translated language. Translation content should be clear, accurate and full of meaning to make listeners and speakers understand the actual situation and quickly come to the final decision.

 Translation during the company's meeting such as official meeting, private meeting or internal discussion related to company's business operation.

 Interpretation for General Director, Senior Managers during discussion or meeting with customers, suppliers, or partners, including on-site or outside the company.

 Arrange work schedules, record progress, and interpret meeting content (meeting agenda if applicable).

 Receive and handle calls from customers, partners, and departments. Handle and answer questions from the media/phone on behalf of the General Director or Company.

 Perform other tasks: Document translation, contract draft and perform other administrative tasks as requirement. In some special cases, she/he can act as a secretary. All writing translation should be under academy and correct information transform.

 Assist to collect opinions from other workers/staffs and correctly deliver their messages to General Director or PIC.

 Other ad hoc projects as assigned by Management.
