QA Manager - Thai Binh

Skills required

A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Manufacturing, Science, or Industrial Engineering.
Profound understanding of international safety standards including ASTM F963, EN71, FCC, EMC, EN62115, CPSIA, RoHS, REACH, and CCPSA.
Six Sigma, LSS, TOC knowledge, and/or certification would be a definite advantage.
Fluency in spoken and written English and/or Mandarin.
At least 5 years of relevant work experience.
Proven analytical abilities, coupled with a goal-oriented mindset, independence, and initiative-taking.
An outgoing, honest, and trustworthy character is essential.

What you will do

Leadership: Guide and inspire a team towards achieving quality assurance goals.
SOP Development: Harness your expertise in SOP (Standard Operating Procedure) development and implementation to optimize our manufacturing processes.
Quality Assurance: Implement comprehensive quality assurance programs that meet both our internal criteria and international safety standards like ASTM F963, EN71, FCC, EMC, EN62115, CPSIA, RoHS, REACH, and CCPSA.
Risk Management: Anticipate and mitigate potential risks through root cause analysis and preventive action.
Auditing: Conduct internal and external quality audits, preparing detailed audit reports and actionable plans.
Team Development: Coaching, mentoring, specific training, and performance evaluations to build a resilient, skilled workforce.
