I. JOB SUMMARY
IT Staff shall undertake responsibilities for supporting overall IT activities and/ or assignment.
II. MAIN RESPONSIBILITY
1. Ensuring the existing business application systems run stably and smoothly;
2. Providing a high-quality IT service;
3. Collaborating closely with outsourcing vendors and users to eliminate business interruption due to software’s troubles;
4. Handling maintenance and monitoring performance status of existing systems;
5. Implementing data back-up periodically;
6. Identifying risks and controlling security management to avoid any business impact regarding to system discontinuance or data leakage;
7. Participating in new/ repairing/ replacing application system projects as the assignment of manager/ supervisor;
8. Keeping updating new technologies, technical knowledge and business operation issues;
9. Carrying out others jobs assigned by superiors.
