Requirements:
- Diploma in Computer Science or related discipline
- 1 - 3 years IT support experience
- Knowledge of Microsoft Windows (7 / 10), Microsoft Office 365 and Outlook
- Hands on experience in PC problem diagnosis and end user support
- Self-motivated, quick learner, good team player and strong sense of responsibility
- Proficiency in Windows with knowledge of TCP/IP, network infrastructure, internet security
- Experience in supporting Windows Server & Linux platform will be an advantage
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
