QUALIFICATION
● Bachelor's degree or higher in business or any related field.
REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS
● Proven working experience in retail sales;
● Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices;
● Proficiency in English;
● Track record of over-achieving sales quota;
● Solid communication and interpersonal skills;
● Customer service focus.
KNOWLEDGE
● OUR MAJOR BRANDS - Siemens, Schneider electric, Mitsubishi electric, Danfoss, ABB, Eaton, Delta, Legrand.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
● Must have experience in our brand;
● 2-4 years of experience in sales management for the position of Sales Engineer;
● Proven leadership and ability to drive sales teams;
● Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements.
