KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Responsible for communication and return visit of new and old customers and information sorting.

Made sales contract, contract management, invoice issuing, account checking, payment collection, documentary and other matters.

Dealt with customer service such as selection, quotation, billing, customer complaint, delivery date, inventory preparation plan, etc.

Complete other related work assigned by the superior as required.
