1. Education & Qualifications:

- University graduate.

2. Skills & Knowledge:

- Fluent in English; Good command of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

- Good communication and clerical skills.

- Good time management skill.

- Basic knowledge of office operations and administrative procedures.

3. Experience:

- At least 03 years working experience in Admin.

4. Others:

- This temporary position (expected term is 07 months ~ from Sept 2022 to Mar 2023) will require high commitment and ability to adapt and learn fast.

- Male or Female.

- Employment start: As earliest as possible.

What you will do

Job assignments:

Support the administrative jobs of HR/ CPC/ CS/ ICT lines:

- BD's secretary jobs

- JS Immigration issues and Welfare related (apartment leasing, golfing, etc.)

- 2023 Calendar, Diaries, Posters, Greeting Cards and other printing issues.

- IT related (telephone, IT system operation, etc.)

- Backup for Receptionist job.

- Other admin jobs as required from time to time.
