Reporting Manager: Marketing Manager

Job description: We are looking for a Senior Marketing Communications Executive to manage our online and offline communications as well as increase brand equity for Vietnam market. The job scope will cover all relevant planning and implementation of marketing communication activities that includes Public Relations, Events Planning, Digital and Social Media Marketing and all other activities that are essential to build a strong brand and connection with our target audiences.
Responsibilities:
1. Act as brand guardian and ensure company's logo and branding and campaign assets are deployed to all touchpoints correctly and consistently; tradeshows/events, marketing collaterals, POSM, web materials, social media contents etc.
2. Ensure appointed partners and 3rd parties adhere to company's guidelines when utilising company’s branding assets, including logo.
3. Manage online and offline communications and increase brand awareness of company's brand in Vietnam market, including development of media plan.
4. Manage Vietnam’s social media channel/s and campaigns and ensure effective use of social media to promote overall brand and improve campaign efficacy.
5. Plan, execute and optimise digital marketing performance, including but not limited to SEO, SEM, Google AdWords.
6. Work with dedicated agencies to develop creative content pieces and sales materials to support sales and marketing activities.
7. Build relationship with media group and disseminate corporate/product releases to increase PR coverage.
8. Organise and manage events, tradeshows, exhibitions and trainings.
9. Generate monthly report of all activities. Share insights, observations and improvement points.
10. Promote company's branding and presence in Vietnam market. This position supports to fulfill demand of Sale kit/Materials and expand company's branding and products to channels and end users through marketing activities.
11. Coordinate with partners to monitor company's asset adaptation to their stores.
