Position Description

We seeks a Technical Project Systems Engineer (TPSE), to work within APJ Customer Proof of Concept (CPOC) organization focusing mainly on company’s Service Provider architecture offerings.  The TPSE would be working closely with the APJ GSP account teams and consulting teams to deliver product and/or solution   validation engagements that will aid in closing out sales opportunities.  It is a challenging but very interesting and rewarding role that requires both technical breadth and depth in order to be effective.  The engagement involves understanding the solution proposal, key points that needs to be demonstrated, and competitive pressure on the account.  The TPSE would then need to develop and deliver an appropriate test plan that would cover the main objectives and highlight company’s key differentiator.

Responsibilities

• Plan, design, build and conduct structured proof-of-concept on customer premises, within Ccompany’s offices, or virtually.

• Support customers evaluating company’s Evolved Packet Network solutions from installation to customization.

• Translate, transfer, and disseminate acquired knowledge through presentations, web postings or appropriate journals.

• Assist regional account teams in articulating the unique benefits and value of company’s products and solutions on sales proposals.

• Actively involve all parts of the company organisation as needed (product managers, specialists, tech support, marketing, management etc.) to deliver a successful engagement. 

• Communicate feed-back from customers and the market place to stakeholders within the company.

• Act as a subject matter expert on a particular  company’s  Service Provider solution  offerings  supporting  the  APJ GSP sales team, articulate company’s solution selling.
