Work with development/production team and factories to ensure the seasonal development/production process. Responsible for:

Transferring tech pack and technical knowhow to factories;

Achieving milestones of product development, commercialization, and production;

Consulting in areas of pattern, tooling, lasting, materials and production techniques;

Managing pre-production/commercialization process

Ensure the on line production quality standard
