- To back up for the Senior Administrator in controlling all hard copies of documents of the team: receiving/ delivering the documents from/to the Consultants/internal HR/ Accounting Team; filling documents in the cabinet, inputting list of documents received/handed over in the data management software; conducting inventory when requested; reminding people in the team to strictly follow data management procedure; etc.
- To support Consultants in paper work (e.g.: preparation of pay-slip, labor contract, etc.), delivery of documents to clients/ authorities;
- To support all team in gifts order and delivery to clients’ staff on the set out events;
- To support all team in consolidation of personal income tax and compulsory insurance contributions related data;
- and other ad-hoc work.
