More than 8 years of experience in structure design/review/verification/inspection works of high-rise building, factory, and author-supervision work, particularly:
- Study and propose the optimal solution for the structure work in the concept design stage.
- Extensive knowledge of the structural solution for high-rise building such as the economy of frame structure when applied; the structure of one-edge shearwall, 2-edge shearwall, and core system … combined with flat slab when applied; etc.
- Master of steel structure solution for large span frame with the form of zamil steel frame. In addition, over 10 years of experience in project management activity from the stage of investment preparation to project implementation and acceptance & handover stage, particularly:
- Making overall schedule of investment project, budget planning to have an initial overview for the project.
- High experience in management of the master plan (1/2.000 and 1/500 scale) of the urban projects (including mixed-use building, office building, apartment building, servicedapartment, co-working, condotel building, and low-rise buildings such as shophouse, townhouse, semi-detached villa, and villa), and resort project.
- Good knowledge of procedure/process and component of technical infrastructure design document, building design document, landscape design document, STP design document, etc.
- A lot of experience in government procedures for each stage of the project ranging of planning stage, design stage, and construction stage such as procedures for gaining the investment policy, approving master plan, getting an agreement on infrastructure connection, EIA, fire-fighting and fire prevention approval, construction permit, etc.
- Has implemented many bidding documents, evaluated tender document and proposed the chosen option based on technical criteria and economic efficiency for the design phase, design verification phase, and construction phase, etc.
- Experience in supervising and checking construction activities in situ of the project to monitor and control the progress, quality and cost according to the project’s plan. Add to that, it is possible to participate in evaluating the potential and investment opportunities along with proposing a plan for investors at the stage of seeking investment opportunities.
