• Technical Designer and NPD (New Product Development) Expertly using Autodesk Mechanical Desktop/ AutoCad in design and create samples as plan.
• In role as TQM (Technical Quality Manager), with self-educated experience during work total 21+ years in Furniture Inspection and Quality Assurance, sharing and advise factories on woodworking, finishing procedure, wood processing machinery, design and improve the function of machines to increase their capability. Evaluate production to comply with standards by conducting imitative lab tests on-site and third parties such as measurement, static loading test, strength test, impact test... Also, develop quality control procedures and quality control methods during production.
• PC (Product Costing) & BOM (Bill Of Material), evaluating estimate and negotiable target price that factories can reach.
• PPS (Pre-Product Sample), review samples to ensure that it is following design/technical drawing and BOM.

• Familiar working with furniture industry international standards/testing/regulation and compliance: ASTM, 16 CFR, CPSC, CPSIA, ANSI/BIFMA, ISTA ... for US market. CCPSA / SOR for Canada market. BS-EN for EU market. AS/NZS for Australia and New Zealand market.
