  • Very proactive: Implementing new selling approach to enhance sales team skill in term of new way of working to increase sales volume/ value in competitive market where competitors always offer cheaper price than us to get deal but with new approach sales team can become a better sales person and his previous company can remain its strategic partnership in customer eyes: work with Regional team to launch out new selling tool to support his client to maintain his clients.

  • High level of networking with cross functional department towards a common bigger achievements: Work with other departments to get total supports and come up with suitable strategy for Dessert services in order to have smooth operation between internal stakeholders (sales team, finance and supply chain) with external stakeholder (distributors): enhance customer satisfaction by improving trade & marketing support and Q.A Controlling.

  • Work close with Regional and line manager in building the Strategic direction for Food & Beverages service team, gather insights to develop product ranging and demand creation activities to meet customer's needs.

Strong experience in F&B and FMCG with more than 10 years.
