9.         Báo cáo giá trị xuất, nhập hàng hóa, giá trị tồn kho hiện tại.

- Hoạch định chiến lược liên quan đến quản lý và phát triển nguồn lực của công ty:

+ Thu thập, phân tích, tổng hợp, cung cấp thông tin và đề xuất các mục tiêu, chương trình chiến lược cho việc tổ chức, quản lý và phát triển nguồn nhân lực của tổ chức;

+ Đề xuất xây dựng, sửa đổi, bổ sung các chính sách, hệ thống đánh giá, quy trình liên quan đến quản lý và phát triển nguồn lực: Thu hút, giữ chân, Phát triển đội ngũ kế cận, Đào tạo, Quy trình tuyển dụng, đào tạo, các chính sách đãi ngộ (lương, thưởng, phúc lợi, thi đua, ghi nhận, phát triển);

+ Tham mưu, định hướng các chương trình truyền thông nội bộ, các hoạt động gắn kết. Tạo môi trường, khích lệ người lao động, đảm bảo duy trì và phát triển văn hóa, giá trị cốt lõi của Công ty theo cả chiều rộng và chiều sâu;

– Triển khai các hoạt động quản lý và phát triển nguồn lực:

+ Tổ chức việc triển khai hoạt động nhân sự;

+ Xây dựng thương hiệu tuyển dụng, lập và thực hiện kế hoạch tuyển dụng/ ngân sách/ quản lý các kênh tuyển dụng phù hợp với tổ chức và triển khai việc tuyển dụng;

+ Xây dựng mô hình đào tạo, đề xuất giải pháp và triển khai hoạt động đào tạo (Nội bộ và bên ngoài) đáp ứng nhu cầu phát triển nguồn lực của công ty trong từng giai đoạn;

– Kiểm soát việc thực hiện các hoạt động phát triển nguồn nhân lực:

+ Theo dõi, giám sát việc thực thi các hoạt động phát triển nguồn lực nhằm đạt mục tiêu của tổ chức;

+ Kiểm soát, đánh giá hiệu quả thực hiện các chính sách và đưa ra các đề xuất giải pháp cho Ban Lãnh đạo để xử lý kịp thời các sai sót, bất cập hoặc điều chỉnh chính sách;

– Phát triển và quản lý năng lực đội ngũ:

+ Đào tạo, tổ chức đào tạo nâng cao nghiệp vụ chuyên môn cho các thành viên và hướng dẫn thực hiện các quy chế, nội quy và chính sách của Công ty;

+ Thực hiện công tác giao, kiểm soát và đánh giá KPIs đối với các nhân viên trực thuộc theo định kỳ tháng/quý/năm.
