PURPOSE
Prospect and convert to accounts, target customers by visiting them, gathering vital data as directed by management, and building relationships with key-decision makers.
The position is field based with great focus on typical short cycle business models and practice that is focused on OEMs and Distribution partners style business that requires a high level or relationship cultivation and development in a very competitive and fast cycle commercial space.
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILTY
Prospect target customers, visit them frequently to create market awareness of company and raise our profile in the Vietnam marketplace.
Develop & work in accordance with business plans, collaborating with the Head of Sales and company to grow the revenue of sales in Vietnam.
Visit and meet with potential and current customers to make formal presentation of company, our product range, and services or to discuss special product inquiries or customers’ needs.
Provide clear, logical, comprehensive, and accurate reports on trips and customer profiling data.
Liaise with customers to identify their primary needs, map decision-makers, and ensure our offers and approach meet or exceed their expectations.
Read and interpret commercial contracts and/ or requests for quotation and then issue clear instructions for Sales & Application team at head quarter to provide quotation.
Follow up quotations and provide appropriate feedback to management.
Ensure received customer orders contain the necessary information to process them, assist in clarifying ambiguous information and obtaining missing data.
Liaising with head quarter on commercial and technical matters, working in conjunction with the Head of Sales to facilitate contact at the company’s factories where appropriate.
Collaborate with team to gather intelligence on projects and systems being managed or commercialized within Vietnam.
Provide support to major industry fairs.
