ORDER ADMIN TASKS
• Work with distributors, partners & internal teams to provide support on product inquiries: status to order, list price, origin checking and on-hand status, etc.
• Provide support on orders, shipment fulfillments and shipping documentations;
• Provide after sales supports on technical & product warranty issues, OOB cases, repairs, etc. as a service admin;
• Coordinate with related teams on customer account setup, related account setup, etc.
• Other support as required.
OFFICE & SALES ADMIN TASKS
• Coordinate and work with regulatory organizations and internal teams on products’ testing and type approval.
• Support distributors and partners on letter of authorization of manufacturer for tenders.
• Work with customs and internal teams for import/re-export of sample products, marketing items, brochure.
• Assist & support marketing program rollouts, such as workshop, tradeshow, translation of product brochure, etc.
• Assist & support on iProcurement, follow up payment schedule to vendors/ suppliers.
• Coordinate with salesman and iExpense team as an expense admin in VN for expense reports.
• Assist & support on visa application and necessary documents needed for salesman’s travel.
• Working with TMF about invoices and accounting documents relating in Vietnam.
• Manage office legal documents, company stamp, follow up with office leasing, storing documents (at Crown), DHL, etc.
• Other support as required.
