Requirement
• Minimum 15 years of solid experience and knowledge in garment manufacturing preferably, but not absolutely, on technical outerwear (both knit and woven).
• Extensive managerial experience and proven track record in garment manufacturing operation.
• Able to improve and set up procedures and guideline for execution and production management.
• Strong leadership and motivational abilities with sound problem-solving skills.
• Ability to sew a complete garment is an advantage. However, this is not mandatory.
Others
• Good communication skill. A reasonable command of spoken English is essential.
• Computer knowledge is desired.
• Immediate availability is preferred but negotiable.
