  • Working time: 07:30-16:30 from Monday to Friday

                             07:30-16:30 Saturday (entitled for alternate off for Saturday and every Sunday);

  • Time for making the payment of Social, Health and Unemployment Insurance: After 2-month probation;
  • Daily bus from Ha Noi/Nam Dinh to the company or vice versa.

 

Yêu cầu kỹ năng
  • Education: Graduated University, Human Resources Management or Teaching major preferable;
  • Language: good in English is a MUST;
  • In-depth knowledge in payroll calculation, tax and pension;
  • Solid experience in administration of a factory;
  • At least 8 years relevant working experiences;
  • Strong sense of responsibility and good analytical thinking;
  • Good communication skill and strong leadership.

 

Mô tả công việc
  • Supervisor junior staff to handle staff attendance and leave administration;
  • Responsible for overall administration of factory, including infrastructure, furniture & equipment, telephone, fax & internet lines, taxi rental contract, stationery and other general issues;
  • Handle payroll, pension, tax calculation PIT and registration;
  • Recruitment of office staff and local workers;
  • In charge of performance appraisal and salary review every year;
  • Application and renewal of work visa for Japanese relocated staff;
  • Arrangement of hotels, air tickets and restaurants for visitors / staff who visits our company factory;
  • Orientation of newcomers for better understanding about company’s culture and regulation. Encouragement of newcomers during their probation time by interview or coordination with Section Managers;
  • Searching for training demands of individuals, sections, departments by internal survey conduct;
  • Evaluation of Trainee’s attendance, effectiveness during/after training course. Making reports after training and reports to Senior Manager;
  • Evaluation of staff’s performance and analysis of their strengths and weakness. Based on evaluation, propose suitable training plan for their improvement or maintenance;
  • Promote Corporate Social Responsibility and organize various activities to arouse company image and staff loyalty (including TU activity program, staff relationship workshop etc.);
  • Assist in government document submission / application and government audits;
  • Report to Senior Manager in both VN and HK to make sure company is in align with corporate policy and missions;
  • Other ad hoc projects as assigned by Management.
