Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or related.

- At least 3 years of relevant experience in marketing 

- Proven work experience in marketing.

- Excellent interpersonal skills.

- Solid knowledge of market research techniques.

- Thorough knowledge of social media and web analytics.

- Solid understanding of research techniques.

- Attention to detail.

- Perfectly fluent in written and spoken English.

Mô tả công việc

Responsibilities

Marketing tasks

- Perform market assessments to identify market dynamics, regulations and other external factors influencing demand.

- Support and coordinate market and competitive intelligence efforts to provide timely and actionable business intelligence.

-  Identify gaps in marketing offer and prepare business cases to bridge these gaps

- Support the development of the Vietnamese offer of company' solutions to create value for customer base.

- Liaise with communications department to organize customer events and create marketing content such as brochures (digital and print), web content, videos and other collateral.  

Admin tasks

- Provide administrative support services to the Representative office in Ho Chi Minh City and respond to a wide variety of enquiries meetings and conferences etc.

- Prepare and follow up of service agreement with hosted units.

- In liaison with other administrators in other Branch to provide information and support company's traveller to the Country.

- Responsible for office petty cash 

- Arrange payment for office bills, services suppliers and collect invoices to be sent to Finance Dept for payment.

- Support for submission of documents for signing, extension of representative office license.

- Carry out other tasks that may be required by Chief of Representative Office or administrative support for Projects when needed.
