Ensure quality of product in good condition before delivery to customer. Customer, vendor audit preparation & follow up. Get ISO certificate for Company after 06 months since establishment. Reduce NG in-process ratio from 2% (2008) to 300PPM (2013) Reduce customer claim from 34 (2009) to 13 (2012) Leader for QA/QC team total 20 operators and 02 staffs Integrate 02 management systems (Quality and Environment Systems) into 01 IMS. Reduce the unnecessary documents, combine related forms, records. Training for auditors on problem-finding and solving skills.
