The Country Manager is responsible for:

Overseeing all aspects of the company’s operations from sales, marketing and all operations (functional);

Developing and implementing plans and strategies to grow the business and expand into new markets/ sectors;

Writing quarterly/ annual reports and liaising with the head office (management);

Recruiting, guiding, grooming, and training new/ existing employees;

Monitoring & tracking of performance at all levels and scheduling training/ brainstorming/ drafting of plans when necessary;

Implementing effective strategy consistently, and setting up recovery plan when required;

Setting clear objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs) for the team and their business, and monitor and report on their progress and results regularly;

Establishing professional relationships with clients and staff. Communicating effectively with different stakeholders, such as customers, partners, employees, and vendors;

Being a well-disciplined leader to lead the team by example;

Overseeing Profit and Loss of the operations;

Ensuring compliance with all laws and regulations.
