➢ Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent required, and major in Electronic or Mechanical is preferred;
➢ Solid knowledge in resin forming, metal stamping, silicon forming and mold design;
➢ Familiar with ISO Management;
➢ Familiar with production, 3 years or more experience on engineering or quality management in electronic or mechanical industry;
➢ Fluent Japanese in oral and writing, which can be as the working language;
➢ Good office skills at Microsoft office such as Excel, PowerPoint, etc.;
➢ Result oriented, ability to multi-task, negotiation and problem-solving skills with partners;
➢ A team player, good communication and coordination skills which can support build interactions among multiple functions;
➢ High motivation, sense of responsibility, self-discipline & willing to learn.
