JOB REQUIREMENTS

- From 22 to 28 years old;

- Bachelor’s Degree in Food Technology, Food Chemistry, Chemical Technology or related majors;

- Be proficient in English and Microsoft Office;

- Have knowledge of food technology, and understand ISO 9001, HACCP;

- Have knowledge of mechanical structures to analyze machines or equipment issues;

- Have good problem – solving and organization skills.

JOB DESCRIPTION

- Make detailed production schedules and daily monitor KPI of operation to find abnormalities, then report to superiors;

- Daily implement and check production records to ensure operators are complying with SOP and regulations;

- Daily GENBA to propose improvement ideas for packing process;

- Prepare documents, monitor and conduct training plan for operators to upskill them following yearly training schedule and Career path framework;

- Accelerate improvement actions for Kaizen, automation, etc.;

- Review and implement autonomous maintenance to reduce downtime.
