Skills required

Requirements:

1. At least 3 years of in-depth experience in structured cabling industry (SI, Distribution, OEM), either in end-user account management (preferred), or channel management.

2. Excellent relationship building and convincing skills are essential.

3. Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent.

4. Experience in working with data centre projects is an advantage.

5. Aggressive with high level of self-discipline and willing to work hard. 

6. Good command of English.

7. Traveling as required.

What you will do

Responsibility

1. To gain spec-in position for company as the preferred brand at end-users (70%). Geography: Ho Chi Minh.

o Continuously identify new prospective end users in Enterprise and Data Centre market.

o Become a trusted advisor to end-user and gain spec-in position for the entire range company Enterprise & Data Centre Solutions via a consultative approach and strategic selling.

o Develop a comprehensive sales strategy within account and influencers including consultants and SI, in order to secure a win.

o Provide technical pre/post sales consultation on qualified company business opportunities related to positioning of our Enterprise and Data Centre Infrastructure solutions.

2. Build a partner network in South Vietnam (30%). Geography: Ho Chi Minh.

o Identify and recruit suitable installers, resellers in each city to provide adequate coverage for company.

o Onboard partners with sales tools, enablement training, mentoring, partners program.

o Develop and implement business plan, and build project pipeline to achieve sales target.

o Build a strong, committed relation with each partner based on trust.
