KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Assist service manager/sales manager in customer service.
• According to the technical requirements and the actual situation, formulate the maintenance, maintenance, repair and overhaul plans of equipment and machinery, supervise the implementation and check the implementation results.
• Record every customer call for repair and inspection.
• Participate in the acceptance and handover work of major customers and important equipment according to the arrangement and ensure the continuation of service work after delivery.
• Establish good relationship with customers, timely feedback customer information, meet customer needs and improve customer satisfaction.
