Skills required
  • Fluent English
  • Vocational or postsecondary award in automotive service technology 
  • 3-5 year experience in car advisor to repair car, and luxury car is plus advantage and At least 2 years of working experience as Diagnostic Specialist in automotive operation.
  • Car driving license
  • Able to work in Vietnam long term.
What you will do
  • Advise appropriate service/repair requirements to meet customers’ needs
  • Estimate on cost of repairs and meet deadline given to customers
  • Act as a key communication link between customers and workshop to assure responsiveness
  • Monitor job progress and update customers on repair status
  • Follow up with customers to confirm complete satisfaction of work carried out
  • Any other tasks as assigned by your supervisor
