QUALIFICATION

Level of education and languages:

Bachelor Degree or equivalent

Good command of English 

French communication is a plus

Required experience and skills: 

3 - 5 years experiences in aftersales or customer services environment with strong technical expertise

Experience in beverage and/or packaging or similar business

Experienced in company's equipment and Services Portfolio is a plus                           

Knowledge of MS Office, Project, CRM and SAP a plus

MAIN REPONSIBILITY

This role provide technical support to maintain the relationship with the customers pertaining to company aftersales offering. Responsible for meeting customer needs and ensuring customer satisfaction, whilst developing and maximizing sales and margin contributions for company in given territory. Customer point of contact for Services and aftersales activities.

This is an outstanding opportunity to perform related work in full compliance to Client’s requirements, specifications, codes and standard company's requirements.

SCOPE

Grow sales and profitability of Services offering, adapt regional services strategy to area or territory in scope, direct and implement action plans       

Ensure that customer production line is optimized to the maximum

Responsible for performance of company's products, reports non-conformities and responsible for issue resolution process

Propose new Services products such as maintenance contract, option & upgrade, spare parts, tooling, etc that add value to the Customer and are profitable for company

Sell and negotiate company Services portfolio, according to rules and processes of the Company

Plan customer contacts, visits and promotions

Coordinate and analyze market and competitor information, provide forecasts and report to relevant stakeholders
