Skills required
• Needs to be a pure hunter with expectation of a KPI of a minimum of USD 60-80k net revenue/profit per year with NO managed accounts
• Ideally with at least 5 years with the ability to present to C level, thus Spoken English capability must be sound
• Good experience from MNCs include, K&N, DSV/ Panalpina, Schenker, Bollore, Geodis, DGF, Expeditors, Nippon Express, Ceva, Hellman, Agility, Yusen, Toll, Damco, KWE for example
• Candidate needs to aggressive and full of energy
• Preferably a woman/ lady to create diversity amongst our current team. Must be local citizen
• Vertical or trade lane experience would be an advantage. E.g. Automotive or Oil and Gas or High Tech etc
• Report to the Sales Manager of local Branch
What you will do
• Develop new business and explore new business with current accounts
• Initialize meeting with prospects
• Work with Commercial study team for customized solutions
• Quote on customer’s requirements
• Solution presentation, and contract negotiation
• Build up relation with potential customers
• Analysis on market price and competitors
• Follow up the development plan
• Achieve the tasks assigned by Manager
