You will help ensure that the company is set up to create a high-quality product. Working closely with the Development Manager and QA Guild Chair, quality will be boosted through sourcing, hiring and onboarding the best candidates, evaluating and evolving our quality strategy/processes and mentoring our QA Engineers.
You are hands on and love working within development teams. We work agile and you know what this means for the QA role. You will shape and drive the testing processes in your teams - aligning with colleagues across R&D where necessary.
You have an eye for detail and can articulate your approach to non-technical stakeholders. You understand the value of collaboration and soliciting opinions and approaches that may differ from yours. Your passion for quality extends beyond scripting simple manual or automated tests.
