Skills required

• Age above 30 years old.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration/Sales/Marketing or related fields.
• At least 5years work experience in the Sale Management.
• Experience in paper printing industry is an advantage.
• Be a leader, diligent, and carefully.
• Be able to work under pressure and solve problems well.
• Good communication skill, persuasion skill, negotiation skill, and problem-solving skills and good personality.
• Be able to listen, speak, read and write English excellently.
• Excellent in using Microsoft office programs.

What you will do

Main work objective:
• To planning work and formulating marketing strategies, target audience and public relations including various budget plans to be in accordance with the goals of the company.
• To supervise and manage marketing and sales team management to be in accordance with the established plans.
• To manage, monitor and evaluate performance as well as analyze strengths, weaknesses and sales opportunities including analysis competitors to adjust sales strategies to meet the specified goals.
• To analyze, plan and conduct marketing promotion activities to stimulate and support sales products and services of the company assigned.
• To prepare monthly, quarterly and annual marketing plan performance reports to present to the management team.
This position has the following duties:
• 1. Determine and implement marketing and product management strategies with an emphasis on short-term and long-term business plans to achieve the company's sales revenue goals.
• 2. Coordinate with internal team for pricing strategies for new product launches.
• 3. Manage budgets for all product-related activities.
• 4. Prepare marketing campaigns and sales promotions to generate revenue from sales.
• 5. Support dealer promotions.
• 6. Conduct specific marketing activities and activities to build brand awareness and good relationship with customers.
• 7. Promote new and existing products, features and benefits to distributors and dealers.
• 8. Coordinate with customers regarding product questions and requirements via website or telephone.
• 9. Coordinating with both domestic and foreign about the product.
• 10. Proceed to submit a TIS petition.
• 11. Support the sales team members to visit the customer.
• 12. Conduct market research and competitor analysis
• 13. Follow up sales and marketing situations on relevant field news such as competition initiatives and distribution, etc.
