SUMMARY
The Reseller Partner Manager is responsible for development of the partnerships in Asia region. The Reseller Partner Manager is responsible for sales enablement of their assigned channel and managing their channel to achieve stated sales targets and ensure growth of company Learning products across market sectors in Asia.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include:
• Generate new partnerships opportunities through new business development and lead generation across Asia.
• Analyse the success of joint go-to –market projects and campaigns crafted to generate leads and revenue.
• Act as single point of contact for communications between partner organisations and the cross-functional partner team.
• Guide a Reseller’s High-Level Strategy.
• Set up new partners and maintain relationships with existing ones.
• Manage sales activities of partners to generate revenue to meet and exceed targets as set by your line manager.
• Coordinate with partners to create and execute business plans to meet sales goals.
• Building strong partner rapport through a high quality of written and oral communications and by demonstrating excellent product knowledge.
• Effectively managing your partnership lead pipeline in accordance with quality procedures.
• Deliver sales presentations, both face-to-face and virtually to demonstrate how company Learning’s products can effectively improve student levels of attainment.
• Keep up to date with developments within the K-12 sector that directly relate to company’s products and their position within the sector.
• Evaluate partner sales performance and recommend improvements.
• Uncover Partner’s Growth Goals.
• Provide sales training and coaching to new and existing partners.
• Educate partners about company product portfolio and complimentary services offered.
• Address partner related issues, sales conflicts, and pricing issues in a timely manner.
• Manage sales pipeline, forecast monthly sales and identify new business opportunities.
• Develop positive working relationship with partners to build business.
• Stay current with latest developments in marketplace and competitor activities.
• Communicate up-to-date information about new products and enhancements to partners.
• Develop process improvements to optimize partner management activities.
• Work with partners to develop sale proposals, quotations, and pricings.
• Deliver customer presentations and attend sales meetings and partner conferences.
• Assist in partner marketing activities such as tradeshows, campaigns, and other promotional activities.
• Build an eco-system.
