* Product Strategy:
- Define product pricing and positioning strategies for each SKU.
- Define marketing strategies that are consistent with target consumer and overall marketing strategy.
- Work with related teams to match the regional’s requirements
*New Product Development:
- Market analyst: customer needs, competitor’s strengths and weaknesses
- Pre-analysis: customer’s evaluation in the future, functional feasibility, safety, durability…
- Sort out specification which drive one product enter market, develop feature roadmap, feature map
- Benchmark products & set-up pricing structure/promotion levels to get the ideal competitiveness
- Work closely with Marketing Communication team and other related teams in launching new products.
- Work closely with R&D Dept., to deliver with on time launching schedule of new products to marketing.
- Review result of selling in product after launching; make report, follow product performance monthly/ quarterly/ yearly
