ACCOUNTABILITIES
• Reporting directly to the GM and VGM and working alongside the quality manager this is a senior management position.
• The candidate will be responsible for and maintain the efficient and high quality demands our customers require in our manufacturing operations.
• Candidate will oversee and coordinate the daily operations of the Production, engineering, and inventory departments.
• Creating long-term plans and initiatives to accomplish company goals efficiently.
• Coordinating with other teams to implement strategies and cross-training efforts.
• Analyzing budgets to minimize expenses without sacrificing profits.
• Developing and implementing strategies to keep employees motivated and dedicated.
• Creating presentations and communicating with executives about plans and strategies.
• Identifying problems and producing effective solutions quickly.
• Conducting interviews with prospective candidates.
• Other responsibilities are assigned by management board.
AUTHORITY
• Directly work and assign tasks to Department’s Production Manager, Engineer Manager, Warehouse Manager.
• Request necessary support of the other departments to meet department’s requirements.
• Approve necessary purchase of tools, machines or supplies to serve production lines.
