Skills required
  • Minimum Bachelor degree majoring in Sales/Marketing/Business Management or equivalent professional qualification;
  • 2-5 years of relevant working experience;
  • Adhesive knowledge and working experience in Electronics industry;
  • Chinese language is preferred;
  • Trustworthy and of Sound character;
  • Business Acumen;
  • Strong team player and Communication;
  • Sales skill and tactics;
  • Resulted oriented;
  • Self-motivated.

 

What you will do

PURPOSE OF JOB:

  • To build, develop and maintain customers based in assigned geographical location (Vietnam) to achieve the sales development and financial objectives. (eg. PNS, Ebit, WOC, etc.);
  • Executes the market and sales strategy for assigned geographical location (Vietnam) to ensure achievement of the sales goals through effective management of the customers;
  • The market to be covered by jobholder in assigned geographical location is Electronics markets.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Planning

  • Elaborate and monitor operational plan of relevant assignment in line with company objective.

2. Business Development

  • Develop tactics to realize smooth and effective business development;
  • Identify new business opportunity within relevant assignment;
  • Contribute in developing cross-border business;
  • Establish good customer relationship.

3. Operational Activities

  • Act to ensure project in pipeline and monitor individual KPI;
  • Execute effective pricing strategy;
  • Establish the activity plans for key customers for effective management of sales activities;
  • Understand value chains and ensure customer service including claim handling;
  • Monitor Account Receivable and follow company guideline.

4. Reporting

  • Provide timely & valuable information of market and customers;
  • Periodical report on business activity of relevant assignment;
  • Provide sales forecast.
